Dose :
Baidyanath Yograj Guggulu should be consumed after consulting an expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this supplement.
- Have 2-4 pills in a day
- Have 2 times a day
- Consume It with water or lukewarm milk
- Honey or buttermilk can be added to improve the taste
- This can be consumed before or after having food
- Children below 5 years of age should have half to 1 tablet a day
- Children between 5 to 12 years of age should have 1 tablet a day
- Children between 12- 18 years of age should have 1 to 2 tablets a day
- Should be consumed for at least 3 to 4 months for effective results
