Patanjali Divya Mahasudarshan Ghan Vati contains a blend of potent herbs including Harad, Baheda, Amla, Haldi, Daru Haldi, Kali Marich, Pipal, Piplamool, Giloy, Kutki, Neem, Mulethi, Ajwain, Vach, Dalchini, Chandanshwet, Chitrak, Devdaru, Patolpatra, Lavang, Tejpatra, Jivanti, and others. For optimal benefits, children should take 1 to 2 tablets (250 to 500 mg) with lukewarm water, while adults can take 2 to 4 tablets (250 mg to 1 gram) 2 to 4 times daily, spaced every 6 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 grams.
