This tamarind pickle is made by carefully removing most strands and seeds before marinating the tamarind in a blend of spices, salt, and oil. Only premium tamarind varieties are selected. Free from preservatives and artificial colors, the pickle initially contains a slightly higher salt content to naturally preserve it, which balances out as it matures. Ingredients include tamarind, curry leaves, green chili paste, fenugreek, mustard powder, salt, and oil.
