Roopak Khatte Aloo Masala Powder 100Gm 

Ingredients:

Coriander, Mango Powder, Chillies, Dry Pomegranate seeds, Salt, Mint Leaves, fenugreek Leaves, Cloves, Black Cumin, Cumin, Mace, Black Pepper , Cinnamon , Cardamom Seeds, Dry Ginger, Aromatic Spices

Directions:

• Mix four teaspoon Roopak Khatte Aloo Ka Masala in half cup of water.

• Stir fry 300gms (4 medium size) boiled potato pieces in three tbsp oil/ghee for few minutes.

• Add masala paste to the potatoes,mix well and immediately remove from flame .

• Garnish with onions or fresh coriander & serve hot.
