Quantity: Each Box 25 gm (Each box has 10 Sticks)Ingredients:
- Seabuckthorn, male leaves tea, local caraway, oregano, local mint, yarrow, rose root, flowers, basil leaves.
Put one tea stick in a pre-warmed cup and add freshly boiled water. stir the tea stick to agitate and circulate the leaves to obtain desired strength for optimal flavor allow the tea stick to brew for 3 minutes remove and add sugar or honey as desired.
