Svastya Cultured Ghee from Svastya Organic Farms is crafted without using fresh cream or Malai. Fresh milk is boiled, naturally cooled, and fermented overnight with a unique curd starter. During the sacred Brahmamuhurtham, the curd is carefully churned by hand using the traditional Bilona technique, alternating clockwise and anticlockwise to produce fresh white butter (Vennai/Benne). This butter is then slowly clarified over firewood to make pure ghee. Desi A2 Kangeyam Cow milk and its distinctive curd starter are essential ingredients in this authentic process.
