About the Product:- Originated in South America about 6000 BCE, Amaranth was the favoured food of Azetics. Today it is grown all over the world, and India has made it its own. Rajgira or Amaranth is an ancient superfood packed with nutrition. In India it is eaten on fasting days as it is not a grain, but a pseudocereal. Our Organic Amaranth Puff can be consumed as a breakfast cereal with milk or yogurt or sprinkle it over salads for a healthy crunch.
