Roopak Fish Masala Powder: 100 Gm, 500 Gm
Ingredients:
Coriander, Chillies, lodised Salt, Cumin, Black Cumin, Ajwain, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Papper, Garlic, Cardamon seeds, Onion ,Mace, Cloves
Directions:

clean wash and cut 600 gms boneless king fish into two by two inch cubes.

Marinada in 1/2 cup malt vinegar and one tea spoon salt for half an hour. Remove and pat dry the fish.

Make mixture of 1 cup besan (gram flour) 1/2 cup yoghurt.

1 egg, tea spoon lemon juice and 3 tea spoon fish masala.

Add salt according to taste and marinade fish pieces for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish till golden brown and crisp sprinkle Roopak Seasoning and serve with onion rings and Roopak Pudina Chuteny Dip.
