Payment Security

Your payment security is our highest priority. We employ industry-leading security measures:

  • SSL/TLS Encryption: All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption technology
  • PCI DSS Compliant: Our payment partners are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
  • Tokenization: We never store your complete card details on our servers
  • 3D Secure: All card transactions are authenticated via 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode)
  • RBI Compliance: We comply with the Reserve Bank of India guidelines on storing card-on-file data

We Never Ask: Our team will never ask for your credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, or net banking password via email, phone, or chat. If you receive such a request, please report it immediately.

Payment Processing

Here is how the payment process works:

  1. You select your items and proceed to checkout
  2. Choose your preferred payment method from the available options
  3. Complete the payment authentication (OTP, UPI PIN, etc.)
  4. Your payment is processed by our secure payment gateway partner
  5. Upon successful payment, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number and receipt

Payment is typically confirmed instantly for card, UPI, and wallet payments. Net banking payments may take up to 15 minutes to confirm.

Currency & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • For international orders, your bank may convert the charge to your local currency — exchange rates and fees are determined by your card issuer
  • We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank for currency conversion
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed

Failed Payments

If your payment fails during checkout:

  • Amount Debited: If the amount was debited but no order was placed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days
  • Retry: You may retry the payment immediately or try a different payment method
  • Common Causes: Insufficient funds, incorrect card details, network timeout, OTP expiry, or bank-side issues
  • Pending Status: If a payment is stuck in "pending", please wait 30 minutes before retrying to avoid duplicate charges

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we employ fraud detection measures. Orders may be subject to verification if they contain unusual activity, including:

  • Unusually large orders or high-value transactions
  • Multiple orders with different shipping addresses using the same payment method
  • Shipping address significantly different from the billing address
  • Multiple failed payment attempts followed by a successful one

Orders not verified within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled and the payment refunded.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes with the following conditions:

  • COD Handling Fee: A nominal handling fee of ₹49 is applicable for all COD orders
  • Maximum Order Value: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000
  • Please keep exact change ready for the delivery person
  • COD availability is checked automatically at checkout based on your pin code
  • Repeated COD order cancellations or refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

  • Contact our support team with your order number and details of the dispute
  • We will investigate and respond within 2–3 business days
  • If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide evidence and dispute the chargeback
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities
