Description
Patanjali Tamra Bhasma is an Ayurvedic supplement derived from copper, known as Tamra in Hindi. This preparation features copper in a calx form combined with aloe vera juice and purified sulphur. Produced by Divya Pharmacy following traditional Ayurvedic methods, it is entirely vegetarian and made from high-quality copper. The supplement is reputed to aid in managing chronic or complex health conditions without side effects and has a shelf life of five years. Usage should follow medical advice, typically 250mg once or twice daily with ghee, honey, milk, or sugar.
